Ingredients:
8 pieces of chicken wings
5 g hondashi

1 g white pepper
80 g cornstarch Sweet and spicy sauce:
200 g water
40 g sweet soy sauce
40 g granulated sugar
10 g hondashi
30 g hot lava sauce Cheese sauce:
2 00 ml cooking cream
100 ml liquid milk
100 g mozzarella White pepper
How to make: Chicken:
1. Cut the chicken wings into 2 parts
2. Mix the chicken with hondashi, salt, white pepper (marinate for 10 minutes)
3. Put 4 tablespoons of cornstarch into the cooked chicken marinate, stir well, then add the remaining flour back into the chicken until everything is mixed.
4. Fry the floured chicken in hot oil little by little until browned, then put the chicken in the prepared sweet and spicy sauce, stir and drain.
5. Then serve with cheese sauce
Sweet and spicy sauce:
1. Add water, sweet soy sauce, sugar, hondashi, hot lava sauce, stir over medium heat until everything boils.

Cheese Sauce:
1. Add cooking cream, milk, mozzarella cheese (diced).
2. Add a little pepper.
