IKAN BELAH RICA Ikan Bilendango Khas Gorontalo

 


Resep lengkap bagaimana cara membuat Ikan Bilendango dapat dilihat di bawah.

Bahan :
2 ekor ikan mujair ukuran sedang
3 buah jeruk nipis
1 btg sereh
15 g daun kemangi
200 ml minyak kelapa
Garam 
Kaldu jamur

Sambal rica :
2 buah tomat merah
6 siung bawang merah
20 buah cabai rawit merah 

Cara Membuat : 
1. Belah ikan dan lebarkan jangan sampai putus lalu baluri ikan dengan garam dan perasan jeruk nipis lalu tiriskan. 
2. Cincang kasar bahan pada sambal rica dengan chopper lalu tambahkan garam dan kaldu jamur secukupnya. 
3. Taruh ikan diatas daun pisang lalu berikan sambal rica diatasnya dan potongan sereh. 
4. Siapkan wajan lalu tuang minyak kelapa secukupnya dan panaskan. 
5. Setelah panas lalu masukan ikan beserta daun pisang sebagai alas lalu tutup wajan dan masak dengan api kecil hingga matang. 
6. Setelah matang lalu sajikan dengan taburan daun kemangi.

8 pieces of chicken wings⁣
5 g hondashi⁣
1 g salt⁣
1 g white pepper⁣
80 g cornstarch⁣ ⁣ Sweet and spicy sauce:⁣
200 g water⁣
40 g sweet soy sauce⁣
40 g granulated sugar⁣
10 g hondashi⁣
30 g hot lava sauce⁣ ⁣ Cheese sauce:⁣
2 00 ml cooking cream⁣
100 ml liquid milk⁣
100 g mozzarella⁣ White pepper⁣ ⁣ 



How to make:⁣ Chicken: ⁣
1. Cut the chicken wings into 2 parts⁣
2. Mix the chicken with hondashi, salt, white pepper (marinate for 10 minutes)⁣
3. Put 4 tablespoons of cornstarch into the cooked chicken marinate, stir well, then add the remaining flour back into the chicken until everything is mixed. ⁣
